   • Cab and Bike Taxi Bookings
   • Hotel Reservations
   • Online Tiffin/Food Orders
   • Commercial Transport & Logistics Bookings
   • Parcel Pickups and Deliveries
     Services are available across supported regions in India, subject to availability.
2. User Account
   To access certain features, you must register and create an account.
   • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
   • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
   • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use our services.
3. Service Bookings
   • Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to confirmation based on vendor/driver/hotel availability.
   • Cancellations: Cancellation policies may vary based on the type of service booked. Please review the specific service terms while booking.
   • Payments: Payment must be made through secure payment gateways. We accept major UPI, cards, wallets, and net banking services.
   • Refunds: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy.
4. Pricing & Offers
   • Olyox strives to offer the lowest prices across all categories.
   • Promotional discounts, signup offers, and referral bonuses are subject to terms and conditions specified at the time of offer publication.
   • Prices may vary based on location, time, and demand. Olyox reserves the right to adjust pricing without prior notice.
5. Vendor & Partner Relationships
   • Vendors and partners operate independently but are subject to strict onboarding and quality guidelines from Olyox.
   • Olyox facilitates a commission-free earnings model for vendors; we do not deduct service commissions from vendor payouts.
   • Vendors are responsible for maintaining the quality and delivery of their services.
6. Referral & Bonus Programs
   • Users and vendors participating in referral programs must comply with program-specific rules.
   • Fraudulent or abusive practices (e.g., creating fake accounts) will lead to disqualification and potential account suspension.
   • Olyox reserves the right to modify or terminate bonus programs at any time.
7. User Conduct
   You agree not to:
   • Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or platform rules.
   • Impersonate another person or submit misleading information.
   • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the platform.
   • Attempt unauthorized access to other accounts, servers, or systems.
   • Misuse of services can lead to suspension or termination of your Olyox account without notice.
8. Location Access & Permissions
   For optimal use of services (especially ride bookings, food orders, and parcel tracking), the Olyox app requires access to your device’s location services.
   You have full control to manage permissions via your device settings.
9. Intellectual Property
   All content on Olyox’s platform, including logos, trademarks, software, graphics, and service names, is the intellectual property of Olyox Pvt. Ltd.
   You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission from Olyox.
10. Data Privacy
    We value your privacy.
    Information collected through our platform is governed by our Privacy Policy.
    By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.
11. Limitation of Liability
    Olyox provides services on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
    While we work to ensure reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
    We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Olyox.
12. Termination
    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Olyox for violations of these Terms or any unlawful activity, without prior notice.

    Olyox reserves the right to update, revise, or change these Terms at any time.
    When changes are made, we will notify users through app notifications, email updates, or website postings.
    Your continued use of our services after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

    These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
    All disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gurugram, Haryana.
